Innovation in Banking Case: BBVA Compass Virtual Banker
BBVA Bank in the US recently received the 'Innovation in Banking Technology Award' for its BBVA Compass Virtual Banker project that aims to provide custom made, fully interactive high-end video conference platform for its customers and hence offer one-on-one services remotely.
This helps the bank in more than one way: operate remotely (remote document management is also included within the pilot), increase penetration and add a new medium to its delivery channels.
